Our team at New England Orthodontics has been in place for over a decade. This form of continuity creates an experienced staff with an unparalleled understanding of the needs of the patient and family, producing a caring environment with outstanding clinical expertise and customer service.

Dental Therapist and Hygienist

Helen Capp Helen commenced working at New England Orthodontics in 2004 when she had two daughters boarding at New England Girls School.  She is highly trained as both a dental therapist and dental hygienist and regularly updates her skills through continuing education.  She assists in performing clinical aspects of your treatment as well as overseeing our patients in retention. When at home, she lives on a property in Gresford where her family breed beef cattle, polo ponies and stock horses.

Practice and Accounts Manager

Nicole Roberts Nicole has been in charge of our office since 1999 and will be your first point of contact with New England Orthodontics.  She has a wealth of knowledge and is most capable in assisting you with all your queries and emergencies.  Nicole is married with two children and, when not managing the practice or home, loves to play tennis, listen to music and especially enjoys beach holidays.

Clinic Coordinator

Wendy Baxter Wendy has been active in a clinical role with New England Orthodontics for over two decades.  She manages the running of the clinic and ensures the patients are cared for and comfortable.  She is married with two grown children.  When not running the clinic, Wendy works with her husband on their property west of Guyra where they produce superfine merino wool.  She loves walking, travelling and watching movies.
